NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Click-through summary)

By entering this data room, the recipient ("Recipient") agrees that all information accessed — including the Investor Memorandum, Pitch Deck, Term Sheet, Investment Vehicle and waterfall memoranda, founder bios, governance documents, financial information, and venture-level dossiers (collectively, "Confidential Information") — is provided to the Recipient solely for the purpose of evaluating a potential investment in TheCrucible Holdings (UAE).

The Recipient agrees: (a) to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence; (b) not to reproduce, distribute, transmit, or disclose any portion of the Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of TheCrucible Holdings; (c) to use the Confidential Information solely for the evaluation purpose stated above; (d) that no offer or solicitation of securities is made hereby, and that any investment is subject to the binding Subscription Agreement and Shareholders Agreement; (e) that the obligations under this NDA shall continue for a period of three (3) years from the date of access.
